We accept returns for our items, as long as they are unworn, undamaged and returned to us in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice/receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Before sending the item back to us, please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm approval.

*Please note that postage costs are not refundable. Also, the return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
